Thomas Schiaffo Jr. brings over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, which began on his high school summer break in 2002. Joining the IBEW in 2004, and later graduating from their apprenticeship program in 2010; Thomas became a Foreman at the age of just 25. He oversaw various projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential field, demonstrating his skills and leadership abilities.

With expertise in industrial, commercial, and residential projects, at the age of 27, Thomas earned his Master Electrician License. The following year, he became a project manager and was managing multimillion-dollar projects in New York and New Jersey. 

In 2018, Thomas embarked on a new chapter, founding Triton Electrical Inc. Equipped with hands on experience and knowledge of both the technical and business facets of the industry, he nurtured Triton from its modest beginnings into a major player in the construction industry. Today, Triton stands as a beacon of success, operating across multiple states and annually executing millions of dollars’ worth of electrical projects under Thomas’s visionary guidance.
